We help out our client who are new to vps server howevery. If you're not familiar with Linux vps server I would recommend you installing vmware on your PC then download a pre-built image of any Linux OS at http://thoughtpolice.co.uk - I highly recommend Ubuntu as it's more user friendly with a great support community this is mostly your choose though.

Are you saying you don't know how to use a vps server if so you won't have to worry about with shackservers.com we'll be more then happy to teach you or redirect you to a few sites that have a great knowledgebase on VPS Servers including tutorials we'll even be more then happy to remote connect to your computer using TeamViewer to assistant you with your vps server.

We've been in business for 2 years now there are a couple of peoples here at wjunction who currently have had hosting with us for 6 months & longer yet haven't posted a review yet of our services as we offer a wide-range of services.

They're unmanaged however we still provide you support for your vps server. VPS Server aren't deployed instantly Maximum is 9 hours the most for setup this mostly depends on the control panel you might have ordered with your vps server. Howevery we state to all clients 24 hours maxium due to various time zones.
