Hi,

Right now i'm about to start with filesonic...and before i take premium membership, i'd like to try free user first...for knowing how it works.

There's a few question i'd like to ask :

1. In Payment method, i choose paypal, what is payment account ?
Is that our paypal email adress...? Sorry to ask, i'm new with this matter.
Better ask than make a mistake...:)

2. Maximum upload for free user is 1 gb, is it total for all files that i can
upload and storage in filesonic server...? Or...files that i can upload at
once...?

3. For free user, file will kept in server for one month, ok...if filesonic want
to delete the file that haven't download for month...will be any
information to user, or automatic delete by system...?

4. Right now i'm using ISP that use Sharing IP Adress, will it bring a problem
in the future..?

Well...that's all the question i'd like to know right now..hope i can get spesific answer for that. Thanks a lot....
 
I cannot upload my file to your server by FTP. I always receive this message: 600 users logged in. I try it in 6 hours. Please answer me ASAP. Thanks and best regards.
 
Hello there.
I have had one problem with FileSonic so far.
I have tried to contact you guys several times but i didnt get any response.
Well, the problem is this.

I cant change any of my info, such as my password, my email, payment information, and so on. When i go to Settings, and change the info and after i click Submit, i get the message "In order for these changes to take effect, you must confirm them. A confirmation email with further instructions has been sent to myemailhere".

This is what i get after i click on the confirmation link:

What to do?
Could you please PM me in order to resolve this problem?
