elj and the other staff are in control of a lot of stuff. Skin is still in one of the many stages it has to go through. Sections have being added and more I believe are coming or being considered.

Large sites that are highly customized that a long time to modify. Way longer than new and smaller sites like most people here have. Take WBB for example. They have being upgrading to phpbb 3 or WBB3 as it's known for a year now. It was meant to be released for the 2 million members I think and then released for Christmas.

Change will come. It always does.
