I've noticed in the past two days I've been getting more and more problems doing this.

Now today I can't even upload a single file remotely from Rapidshare to Hotfile.

Isn't this the proper link to do so?

Code:
http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@rapidshare.com/files/244452420/DOWNLOADNAME.rar[URL="http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@rapidshare.com/files/244452420/DOWNLOADNAME.rar"]
[/URL]

I keep getting the error that the page is texted / HTML which it's obviously not and I DO have the auto download function turned on in Rapidshare.

Also does Hotfile support FTP to FTP transfer?

it seems to be working for me. check if u have bandwidth left on ur rs account also check if ur remote upload quota at hotfile has been exceeded or not

I am having the same problem as of you. Direct download enabled in rapidshare, traffic left in rapidshare. Download quota available in hotfile. God knows what the problem is all about.

I got this reply from them -

Hello!
I just try to remote upload from RS to Hotfile and it works?
Some time servers are high loaded (both of the sides) and this may caused your problem.
Please try again after a while.

Regards,

damn i am trying it from the past 2-3 days...

hahaha Crucifyn very funny, but it's good to know I'm not the only one having this problem.

I though Rapidshare put in some weird check or something, and if that was the case that sucks.

Nobody answered my question about FTP to FTP transfer. What I mean is that can I have one FTP open say in the left side, and another FTP site open in the right side and then just drag files over?

I know not all FTP programs support this, just wondering.

One more thing i am noticing today is that my earnings are not increasing, nor is the last download time is changing. I was making around $3 a day till yesterday but now no downloads, is that possible?

I don't know but the earnings started to be counted again. I don't know whats wrong with hotfile.

anyways i am still getting this error while uploading from rapidshare - Content-Type is text/html

You need to start the download first and get the rs133.rapidshare.com link instead of just the rapidshare.com/files/521515/bleh.rar link ;)

Actually I've already been doing that.

I use the RS Link Checker and then add the extra rs434 or whatever number it is.

Still messing up for me, but no matter. I'm using my FTP now and uploading 200 Megs in 15 seconds. Fuck the remote upload feature lol.

Same with me, i am not able to do that with that as well.

How to use FTP? can you please explain?

Do we need to have a server space for that? If yes, can you share with me?

You basically need a Dedicated Server with a fast connection. Then you need to SSH into your box, install a few programs, and then know the proper commands to get what you need to your server.

From there if you want to make the download your own, you need to extract the file, then change what you need to / re encode / whatever you want to do, then rar it up and upload it to Rapidshare or Hotfile or where ever you want to put your files.

Hahaha sure that's the easy way to do things, if you like to just leech and upload.

But if you want to make it your own can't just do that, also I upload to Rapidshare which requires something completely different than the above method ;)

ohh, the acc # doesn't work either... weird :/

it was working for me before... but haven't used remote upload for a long time.... well u can just remote upload frm ur dedi server to hotfile or ya, ftp upload is another way to go.
