And you was going to tell me this when? how do i fix it? you charge me 2 times and then dont even have the service enough to warn me about my sites? wtf is wrong with you people?

Sorry to hear that but it's your fault, didn't you read enough reviews about that company before going with it?

Hopefully everything will get resolved as soon as possible.
 
They should've informed you better but you did get a fairly speedy reply.
They are probably already resolving your issue?

Do a charge-back and ask them if they can fix it asap for you.
If they don't.. get another provider.
 
Well the guy that owns the site is very well looked upon on this site... id hate to know he is treating users liek this and yet still comes here to open arms.

You were charged the first time because your subscription probably still points to the old paypal which anthony made.
I told you to charge it back.

That's because you're on the same server as the client who abused the server. The whole server is down.
I said I already sent a mail to our datacenter to unblock the ip.

My site dont say its suspended its just not working... and its odd that everyone found out about this but for me, the "persons" host.

Im going to need my sites back online like... NOW. Im sorry but you didnt just find out all this info you have knows this and that either means your making it up... or i should have known about this well before now.

I can add credits to your account if you can't charge it back.
And we can monitor the server and send you a mail everytime it goes down but that's obsolete I think.
Our datacenter blocked the ip because a client was hosting malware,there is nothing we can do about that.
We already asked our datacenter to unsuspend it.

And about always coming back to wjunction : that's because I'm honest and open about everything.
You really don't want to hear my opinion right now.

Another thread here says there shutting down... odd i didnt hear about it. Another provider isnt just so easy to get, or move too.

Tippie honestly shut up... i always come here because it seems im always dealing with shit from you. My sites been down over 12 hours and yet i hear nothing about it from you guys at all untill i complain? wtf service is this?

Yes you might be right that they should've informed you sooner. But it seems they had some bigger issues the past few hours.

Ask them to move your account if you need it up asap.
 
If Tippie is correct then:
1) He's not responsible for the double payment, so you actually just gifted someone who has nothing to do with wrzhost anymore.
2) What should Tippie do if someone abused the server? Take a plane and go kill everyone in the datacenter to get the server back up in 2 minutes for you?

1) What? both payments went to him look at the names on the payments.

2) did i say the user was his fault? no. Did i say its his fault if the server isnt up in 2 minutes? no.. what is his fault is making me wait over 12 hours and just telling me becouse i complained to him why my sites was down.

I already explained the situation and did what I could do a couple of hours ago, I have to wait now just like you, I can't do anything about the fact that my datacenter doesn't unsuspend the blocked ip sooner.

I suggested you a vps a while ago so you could control everything and so you weren't dependant from other clients.
 
Been with them for over 1 yr and im more than happy, Worldstream (the datacenter) are bitches and they will suspend the server if someone abuses is not wrzhost fault

and your title DO NOT USE WRZHOST.COM is misleading, just because you are experiencing problems doesnt mean you have to act that way

Yes one is in his name so im pretty sure that goes to him (didnt think that through did you). and the 2nd is to the company which he said he would refund which means he can access the account... and none of this even explains of why this was done in the first place... wake up guys.

And its not what i said after that matters but what he hassnt read i said before him.
