Hi, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. The server just went down a couple of hours ago it's hardware issue because I cannot connect to it myself. So I contacted to the support team of the datacenter and I'm still awaiting their response.

PS : Invoices are generated and sent auto by the system accordingly by the dates, they are not generated manually.

I can't believe that I'm still losing time writing to you. You must think all s02 users are extremely stupid. I'm just starting claim with PayPal for refund from you.

What makes you think that it'll take less time now?! To the contrary - now all support ppl are x-mas/new year drunk. Expect some partial results on 2-3.01.2011.
 
@ kovic : I can see you're frustrated. I too am frustrated for the 25 people on the server, not just for myself. The reason why I can't fix certain problem is because when it's related to fixing the problem from the datacenter and I don't own or live in the datacenter so when I can't do anything from my control panel I have to contact the datacenter people to fix it or look for the problem for me. Unfortunately, they are well known for low quality support, and I haven't even receive a single response for my ticket in 12 hours. Considering they're more than 1 person working together and I alone even able to give reply to all tickets within 12 hours. So I'm sure that is very frustrating for me and for my clients.

So I asked them to cancel the server for me next month so that I can put you guys on the best servers that I have, like where I put new customers like Royal King. So we'll see less problems. Unfortunately, they even filed an invoice of $75.15 just for cancelling the server (LOL WTF?).

PS : I believe, I've lost more than what you've lost due to the problems with s02. But still I'm going to make up to you guys, until you guys can be happy again. Give me a little more time until I actually get a reply from them.

Edit : Got a response from company, we're investigating it (again, their usual message). I'll post another update when I have it.
 
It's not a joke. I bought it today and the speeds are awesome. Too bad your account got fucked up. Levac might fix it for ya.

If you can't connect to your RDP - it's a joke. Big fat joke. Second time this month. First time server was offline for 5 days. This time it'll be permanent. Levac can't fix it. He must provide all affected users with immediate access to working servers. That's absolutely clear. Because we paid for that. But Levac plays innocent victim. He is not. He is the provider of a paid service. He must support his integrity.

What is the ETA will S02 be working again...
You seem to not comprehend what Levac is saying. Server 02 is not intended to work ever again. If you have 200 GB of sh*t on it like I do - kiss it goodbye. Like the last time.

This is not a biased reply on anything, so please dont judge me on my words.:D

Please do not say 100TB guys are bad at support, their support is worth recommending to everyone & i myself got 11 servers working in my account with softlayer & 100tb, no issues for support till today.:)


If you just lodge a ticket and stay back for replies, then its probably your mistake, just email them at : dedicated@midphase.com or dedicated@mpcustomer.com or support@100tb.com

You should get your answer in less then 30 minutes, i myself get it in 10 minutes max.

And one more thing.
Doing HARD REBOOTS wont help here, have you even asked 100tb for a KVM box to sort the issues you are facing on S02 of yours.

I can judge you have not asked for it,
so go ahead and ask for a KVM box to fix up things on your servers.


Rest, i just got a client saying to me :

You are selling some script to unblock HOTFILE for 20 USD to him & you wont give that script to him , you will install it directly on server.

If yes, are your servers working with hotfile now, all of them.

The problem is only with server 2. Server 3 is perfect and works great, rar/unrar speeds are fantastic and down/up speeds are awesome. S03 is great and i can vouch for Levac's service.

If he says that the problem is from the datacentre then i believe him, just wait and he'll sort everything out.
 
Since hq-rdps.com is down, I can't renew. Is there any way of paying my invoice?

Hope it'll be fixed until the due date, or there's another way.
 
@ kovic : I understand you're very frustrated, you aren't alone. It's that my s02 is just too unfortunate to have big issues like this, they are not expected and I did not do anything to have these problems.

@ intensecool : What do you mean by HF unblock script? I'm lost what you were talking about on that. Please explain.

@ all : The problem is only with s02 server and usually the other servers are running fine. As I said I will be transferring all users of s02 to the servers same as the properly functioning ones. So I hope this statement actually catch your eyes this time.

EDIT : Site is currently, down. FYI, it's not hosted on any of my servers. It's hosted in OVH. So don't get more frustrated with this.
