Don't buy Shared Hosting from ServeDome!

Don't buy from servedome. First few hours with them my site goes down. Live support hasn't been online for the last 12 hours.....<_<

open a support ticket at their site ,they will reply fast,they only reply on support ticket system,i never saw that their live support is online,but they reply within 5 min(in my case) if u open a support ticket ... opening a thread here will not help you
 
Don't be a kid. If you have bought it from some big web hosting provider, you wouldn't have such problems. But you're paying small amount of money, and downtime is pretty much normal thing to have when you're hosting your site in smaller DC.

You're just ruining their reputation by creating this thread, have patience. If your site was offline for more than 24 hours, I'd say ok .. But 2-3 hours ... Come on.

a professional company will always have online support no matter what your location is i personally get my tickets answered in 10 min maximum 30 min also i'm on shared hosting.
