Well why did you say you wanted to purchase and you said you will pay him within the next day which means that you were satisfied with the script.

He spent alot of time doing it for you and you didnt pay him at the end . I call it that scam simply because you were satisfied and ready to pay him

If you didnt like it you should have told him so but you didnt you commited yourself to buy it and its his fault for not taking some money upfront

What? see everybody knows that time delay wasn't a problem. I started the script in front of you only and ended in front of you while we were chatting and discussing about the features and pricing. and at the end you said to pay me the next day. So you can't use this excuse to protect yourself.

I think its common sense.. when you are working for somebody that.. only if he uses the thing you made him, only then you get paid. rest all wastage of time and whatever you state, is completely Upto you, you should have told him.. that you'll have to pay no matter you use it or not.
