Looking for RDP (90/month budget, look inside for details)

Since I am already spending like $140/month on RDPs and stuff I thought it would be a good idea to just find a 1 or 2 really good RDP plans either a VPS already setup for RDP or an RDP on a server that is only shared by a few people.

At the moment for a VPS I think the following specs would work well for an RDP that meets my needs:

2-3GB ram burstable if possible
200GB or more HD space
1 gbit unmetered, shared connection

I would go for a dedicated but to be honest I have no clue how to setup a windows server for RDP, hence why I need it to be pre-setup, even if it takes longer. Unless a dedi provider is willing to set it up for RD for me.

I wont be doing encoding but I noticed raring and unraring on a vps with less than 2GB and a good processor takes forever.

Let me know if you can provide this, or know someone who can

I dont have a set budget, but I guess under $90/month if thats possible.

Forgot to say, offshore or onshore works, as long as the host doesnt mind me using it to download and upload stuff. It is a must to be able to upload to HF/FS, but I dont need to be able to download from HF if the IP of the server is banned for that.

Quick sand I said under $90
I don't need that much space, that's why I said around 200gb
Most stuff only stays on my rdp for like 12 hours

VIP, don't like metered vps because I use about 8-10tb minimum per month

Mr r t, 100tb doesn't do windows, windows is a must for my rdp
That and 100tb charges too much for only 70gb since I dot need dedicated CPU, if I did need a semi dedicated it is a great plan though
 
Dude even with a 2gb ram, with a crappy proc and too much users, you'll still have slow rarring. So i suggest go with a good host with an awesome processor first. Hmm you can go with softlayer but they dont offer 200 gb disk on cloud.. :/

They do offer windows, I got a server with them. Just letting you know in case you changed your mind.
 
I need it to be on a 1gbit even if I only get 10TB.
100tb I am considering but it is above my budget unless I can figure something out.
