sorry ... is encoding of videos done on the same server as accounts hosted?
i noticed a huge slowdown when encoding a large video file .... and can't seem to add 2 or more videos to the queue as well.

Client file -> Uploadserver 1 -> Freeserver / Premiumserver -> Convertingserver -> Freeserver / Premiumserver

We try to make it faster in future for files above 2.000 MB.
