1.Don't you risk the site for spamming because of the google seeing the same text all over the web at the same time?

No your site will not be flagged for spamming by google just because you have a bunch of links all at the same time.If thats the case its so easy to bring each other down.

2.Is there any chances of getting the site de indexed?

I havent seen such cases personally.All our packages are well withing limits of what even a simple viral campaign can bring.
Just a video going viral on youtube can create 1000 links every minute.so it doesn't make sense to de-index people for building links.

3.How long does it take to see the result ( I mean to get the site getting ranked in google?

Forum profile links are Dofollow. even if its no follow it doesn't matter a link is a link

Believe me I earlier I bought some links with Nofollow attribute and was able to track 20-30 more clicks through the website but while checking for backlinks through tools it was no where.

I will suggest be slow and build only high quality links only that will help you to boost ranking as well as a Good Page Rank.

because its not available for sale anymore... we had that many live links before not anymore...we are unable to spam certain platforms like we did before but if we can get into those again we will open that up
