Would I be able to boost my system with my drives that are in RAID 0?

Okay, this may sound crazy but I want to know if I would be able to boost the system. Let's say I don't have much RAM and I only have about 4-8GB RAM but I have about 4x SATA-II 7200 rpm drives in RAID 0 or 8 drives and I want to turn on the paging file feature (virtual memory) to help fasten the system.

Would my drives in RAID 0 help me any bit?

Hi,
RAID 0 isn´t a "real" Raid, because there is no data redundancy. Buy a real raidcontroller and boost your system ;) Or buy 10000 rpm drives plus a raidcontroller :D

I'm not looking for data redundancy. I want to boost the performance (speed). I think 2x 7200rpm drives in RAID 0 is faster than a single 10000rpm drive.
