Number of post is not 'only' factor considered for re-rate their are many many other factors

Ontopic.... Whoo has other works to do as well. He cant really workout 24/7 only for twilight. He chks mails once in while & replies them. So be patient.

Even if you meet the demands asked by twilight, it doesn't mean you will get the rating you "should" deserve. Maybe your forum sucks, your skin or we,...
