You should have put two options.
1. I can read and write english fluently
2. I can reed nd rite englis...

These results are obviously fake because 90% of the indians on here can speek english to a certain extent and wouldn't pass a grade 10 literacy test. I have requested that all uploaders speak fluently in english, all of them say yes, but when I start talking to them they jumble up words, use them incorrectly and butcher the english language. Not to mention that I can't use any big words with them.

Unless you have lived a significant amount of your early life in an english speaking country, you cannot speak english fluently. (generalization, I know there are some exceptions)

I totally disagree with your views. Many Indian Citizens can speak proper English fluently ,only difference that you may experience is the Accent .Every country has their own way of speaking English.

I think there are many members in Wjunction , who hate Indians. The reason behind this is because they , not able to digest the fact that Indians are dominating the world in many aspects.

Maybe we have two ideas of what fluent is. I think if someone is "fluent" in a language they can read and write in it with proper grammar.

Also, I have nothing against indians, I have something against people who come onto english boards and write something unrecognizable or make me rephrase a sentence just because they dont understand.
