I will be download torrent video, converting, and uploading back to youtube.

Well i am new here and was having same problem like you.I have taken a vps with 15gb space and 1tb bandwith for 8$ but ram is 512mb.
It is working fine as rdp.I have not installed anything on it.If this is what you want then can contact me.I am not a seller or reseller,i am just a member here but thought for a helping hand for you.
