No more than 12, sometimes more than 10 but not for long and drop back under 10 again.

That was due to someone abusing the server. This happened in the 24GB RAM server too, no matter how many RAM we had if there's one abusing it it'll go upto 99% But seems he's stopped it, if we catch abusers, we'll kick. This server doesn't lag usually.
