iOS 4.1 Security Issue - Bypassing the Lock Screen to Make Calls

Should work for both jailbroken and non-jailbroken iPhones.

When your iPhone is locked with a passcode tap Emergency Call, then enter a non-emergency number such as ###. Next tap the call button and immediately hit the lock button. It should open up the Phone app where you can see all your contacts, call any number, etc.

What good does this do though, short of you stealing someones locked phone and needing to use it.

Your phone might have run out of battery, your girlfreind has a iphone, but she is passed out drunk, you are helping her home, when you get there you try and find her house keys but you cannot find them, you knock on the door but her flatmate doesnt hear, and then a drug dealer with a baseball bat starts running down the path, so you need to phone her flatmate to be let in, but you dont know her pin, so you think oh i read that threat on wjunction, tap out what you remember, and it worked so you call her flatmate, with just 3 seconds to live the flatmate lets you in.....
