You guys are thinking internet world still. If this is going to be an offline company, you need to think more legit.

Not the best suggestion lol, but you should hire an advertising agent for that, explain to him exactly what you want your shop to be, design, ambiance, local friendly type or franchise possibility type..etc.

You'll get better results that way, here you'll just get suggestions for domains lol. We're geeks, essentially.
