Taking screenshot of a .mkv file

I have downloaded a file to my rapidleech, I want to see the quality of the movie, so I either need screenshots or download a part of about 10 MB from it.

How ?

i guess no other way

True, I suggest going with
Video Thumbnails Maker , it's better than MTN in my opinion
