need to fix ur custom status icons,and the logo is an ok concept.. but is almost unreadable with the shadow (dont use such a distant shadow on logos).And as an above poster mentioned you may want to hide the shoubox from unregistered

And I would say it's fail that you're coming here and making a post like that, without any further comments than just random trolling.
I found it weird that his domain and site name are different (s/z).

I think the logo is OK, and it's absolutely not unreadable if you're able to understand what a shadow is. The rest of the concept is alright aswell, but I would still recommend you to use XBox Legends as your site name as it's your domain.

not bad, id fix "xbox-Legends" text in the header to make it look nicer
change the color scheem to match header a little more, and then change icons

Overall - Plain,Not Complicated, Not so good Looking site.
Design - Banner isnt good, i'd say you can do a lot more better than that.
Favicon - Change vBulletin default favicon to a favicon that matches your site
Skin - Simple,Overused skin, since its the Default vBulletin skin, i'd strongly suggest you to change the Skin if you are planning on making your site bigger and better

Final Conclusion - Frankly, you wont get that far with your site if you don't change what i mentioned above.
