My New Kick-Ass RL Hosting *sigh*

Ok, so I bought RapidLeech hosting with www.myoffshorehost.in

-Disk Space 8gb
-Unmetered BW

For $6, it was the cheapest I seen so I decided to buy it.

Everything installed fine, but the speeds weren't even reaching 200kb/s so I submitted a ticket and I got a reply saying it's fixed, but no it fucking wasn't fixed -_-.

Submitted another ticket then he asked me to re-install it, so I did but no change in the speed.

2 hours later my account got suspended and this is what he had to say - http://screensnapr.com/u/l8v8fz.png


Because I transloaded a movie (which was 4 parts) he suspended my fucking account, hes now wanting me to buy a VPS package if I want to upload a movie.

I've asked him for a refund but hes refusing to give me it.
Going to open a paypal dispute :D.

i have asked you if you want move to new server, it will fix your issue

it was temporary issue, if you reply to ticket , we will move you to new server and it will fix your problem!!

that server was facing issue, please reply to the ticket if you want to move to new server

Moreover when you make 4 uploads at a time, you can select there one,

if you make more and more, it will split down your speed and will cause problems for other, there was 2-3 guys more , they were doing over 8 downloads a a time, i have also suspended them

i hope you understand the fact

coz of them you were facing problem and cause of you, other guys were facing problem!!

We unsuspend you guys always if you reply to ticket (as we will inform you to stay in limit) :|

I'm just pissed because you suspended me for trying to transload and upload a movie, that's what I bought the hosting for.
 
well TBH .... this is the reason why the RL hosting is posted on shared hosting !!

it's shared and if someone else is also using it while u are using it for the same purpose for example :- uploading then the speed is gradually to reduce ... i agree that 200kbps is too less but as DMC stated ... the server had some faults .. so i guess he should be moving u to a new server instead -_-

Sir, you can use the auto transload feature!! it will make 1 download at a time

and please reply to ticket back, we will unsuspend you!!
 
Just use your sense ... and how can you transload 4 files at a time? That plugmod was never working correctly.

And if you open 4 different tabs in your browser, you're abusing the server.

And its a 100Mbs ... that's not a lot of simultaneous down/uploads.
 
I dont understand why people think within 6 $ they are buying the whole server for the month ?

My friend its a rapidleech account which is shared by other people on the same server.

If you want dedicated speed then you must buy a VPS and then you can complain to the owner regarding the speed issues.
 
pretty simple really ya get wht ya pay for.. if ur looking for the absolute cheapest hosting,especially for a resource heavy script like RL your going to encounter prob.get a VPS and then wont have same kinda issues

How can a Person Thinks about Good support + Good Hosting just in 6$ monthly,dont they think its Fishy little bit ???
 
I agree with devilmaycry.
Even I get bad speed(3MB/s) from my US dedicated server I never raise up a voice.
Because it's only $30/month for a mid-ended dc.
 
Mate the main problem is that you are transloading 4 files at the same time, now you can't expect us to provide all the server resources just to one account for $6/month :-/
Just transload 1 file at a time and it will all be okay :)

Well, every host has these limitations, if you want unlimited the way is vps only ;)
go and try multiple downloads with any host!

Bro they arent scammers, we also face the same problem sometimes.
Myoffshorehost is very good and DMC's support is very nice.

Yeah we can't satisfy every client, everyone does not have the same taste.
Some client came to me who were your client but I always explain them that they are also good and what are the limitations they are having and why.
