Is Godaddy is asking for Verified paypal??

No BUT they ask that you have a credit card on account for recurring billing.
name.com doesn't ask for credit card or verification, i also think namecheap is the same but not sure about it.
 
Actually I want to buy a domain from Godaddy! .info cost 99cents! But my personal paypal are not verified ! So, Plz anyone here Plz contact me and Buy a domain for me! I will give him/her $1 ! :D
 
Nonsense. I am with Godaddy for years and just a Verified Paypal account. No CC necessary, no compulsory billing either.

I paid with an unverified canadian without a cc attached and it worked. You just need a balance. Maybe it's only a subscription if it's like hosting.

If you are buying warez related domain , stay away from godaddy.

Check namecheap.com instead. (.info for 3 $)
 
sign up at go daddy don't buy anything
send a friend the 99 cents that has a verified paypal
have them buy the domain then they can transfer the domain to you're go daddy account free problem solved i do this for friends all the time

This is probably true, never bothered with adding a balance. I just used name.com and can't be happier with their service, the page loads faster then godaddy to :)
