new restriction on hotfile premium?

I dont know if this is new, but i just bought a hotfile premium, but i can't download because my current ip is different from the ip i signed up with. This is just complete bullshit. Anyone else have this problem?

can you show us screenshot of the mesage?
because it's ridiculous to tie an account to a single IP since most of internet users have a dynamic IP.
 
There is no error message. What happens is that instead of directly downloading the file it sends me to the usual free user webpage and at the top of the page it says my account is free instead of premium.

you have probably shared the account and they have demoted the account to free.
If you share you account you lose the premium status.

so, if you are logged form your pc and rda in the same time you can't download as rpemium on your rda.
can you try logging out from hf on your pc and rda, and then logging only on rda only and see if you can download.
maybe there is limit only the first login ip to be able to download.
 
Hotfile fights back against leechers and people sharing their accounts.

BTW I use my HF premium on both my RDP and my home connection and don't have a problem.

Did you enter hotfile username and password coreectly, and check into option direct download?
