They pay criminal low rates, but I don't believe they cheat.

The only thing what can be conceived as a scam, is to promote you to Platinum to entice you to start uploading again. Once you start to upload and make money, it doesn't take long before you're on Copper again.

yeah hotfile never cheat , but their ranking systems sucks , and they are paying millions of users every monday so i think they have their rules and they are going best
