AdminCP Tabs not working

Hi, i have a vBulletin 3.8.5 Forum, when i go to AdminCP and click any of the tabs on AdminCP nothing shows up, this is the same for the other admins too.

Site's shoutbox isnt working either, when i type anything and shout it it displays :

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Disable the chatbox, use any other and for the tabs, click on expand all and it should make you do work.

And ask your staff members if they face the same too.

I've Uninstalled the Chatbox, installed again, Disabeled it, used another, still same.

Expand all works but why it dosent works like it always did, yes, other Staff members are facing this too. :S

I don't exactly remember how I fixed it when had the same sorta problem on my forum regardless that Chatbox thing.

Tried the good old trusted clear cache/temp files then close ACP then open it again?

Now i noticed i can't even Disable/Enable/Uninstall plugins, when i click on any of them to Disable/Enable/Uninstall them nothing happens :S

WYSIWYG editor is not working too!

It hppnd after I removed 30k+topics and pruned inactive members

Maybe crashed the database? i believe there is a query on vbulletin to repair database or something like that

Well I did that it shows I am not allowed to excute commands in DB

already edited config.php

repaired too via phpmyadmin

maybe this is the issue..

The error that we were getting isnt happening anymore ive fixed it, but the errors are still the same.
