Notes:
Taffed Skin was made by a request but looks like buyer is not gonna buy so is up for sell.The can be for either vb4 or vb3 depending on your coder/choice :). You can also request a color change if you like. i'll be glad to change it for you. Additional works like banners , logos etc will only be a small charge of $2.99. This will be sold once and will be removed via email/uploaded host for your choice. So please do lose it as i wont have it once its sold to you.

Hmm looks like you didn't read what i posted , this was requested for this person who contacted me. He gave me a drawing sketch , i looked over it and its the exact way he wanted, since he is not responding to be i'm selling to someone other :). Mainly people give me sketchs or sites to see to make it like it , i only do want they want nothing else. So thanks for your review ;)

well it all depends on the coder, you can talk to Maz (very good and fair), K3V(Awesome :D), or maraza (Fair and good as well). But i say between 25-45 USD for it to be done but its all depended on the coder :)
