Today I received reports from many users saying that your domain appears to have been blocked again in Taiwan.

At the moment, I am still able to access the service normally. I believe this may be because I had previously changed my DNS settings to avoid using Taiwan-related DNS services, so I may not currently be affected.

However, many users are still unable to access the website properly. Even though I have been trying to teach them how to change their DNS settings or use alternative methods, many of them still do not know how to do it.

Therefore, I would like to ask if you could help test the connectivity from Taiwan and check whether there may be a new blocking or routing issue affecting the domain. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving the situation.

Yes, unfortunately, we’ve recently realized that the .ws domain has been blocked. No matter how much we contact them, and even when we remove the copyright content immediately, they still continue to filter the domain. We’re forced to change the domain.
 
I’m still experiencing issues on Firefox with uBlock Origin enabled. The pricing table is now visible, but clicking on the Premium/Pro options does nothing. Disabling uBlock makes the buttons work normally, so it looks like some required scripts or event handlers may be blocked by common privacy filters.

Based on my understanding of the Taiwan government, no matter what you do, they will likely continue blocking your domains. The current administration in Taiwan is very aggressive and does not seem willing to listen to differing opinions, so I believe your concerns are unlikely to be noticed by the Taiwan government no matter how much you try to cooperate with their requests.

That’s a pretty funny suggestion. If I found your shared files and submitted all of your links to the complaint system you mentioned, do you think your files would still remain online?

Based on my understanding of the Taiwan government, they have already been continuously making malicious reports for the past two years, and unless something unexpected happens, I believe this will continue for another two years until the current president is replaced.

KatFile previously cooperated by removing files, yet the domains were still blocked anyway. That clearly shows that whether you cooperate with file removals or not, they will continue blocking the domains regardless.

This is how the current Taiwan government operates. They have already blocked many websites, and even when it was later proven that the government was wrong, there were no apologies and no removal of the blocks.

They even attempted to further control freedom of speech on the internet, but were temporarily stopped by the legislature at the time. However, they are still continuing to push in that direction.

So in my opinion, the method you suggested would not help KatFile in any way.
