Can I know any server you try uploading, also do you trying uploading using other methods and see if same speed?

Yes, upload speed can vary depending on ISP, routing, location, and server load — this is normal across most platforms.

We're continuously optimizing our infrastructure and balancing traffic across servers to maintain stable performance

Regarding your suggestion about upload proxies / region selection — that's a great idea
It's something we're considering as part of future improvements to give users more control over upload performance.

More upgrades are coming soon

Dashboard stats only count valid/unique views after filtering bots, repeated IPs, and non-qualified traffic, while external post views often include all hits.

However, such a big difference should definitely be reviewed

The view counter isn't working at all for me. I tested it for 12 hours and didn't get a single view. I stopped the test immediately and blacklisted the hosting provider for my project.

We're really sorry to hear that, and we understand your concern

Our system counts only validated traffic (unique IPs, filtered sessions, anti-bot protection), so test views may not always appear — especially from the same source.

However, zero views after extended testing is something we take seriously and would like to review immediately

If you’re willing to give it another try, please share your file or details with us — we’ll personally check and assist you.

We’re actively improving and would appreciate the opportunity to fix this for you.

A 403 error usually means the request is being blocked due to API key/authentication, permissions, IP/security rules, or wrong endpoint usage.

Please open a ticket or send us via PM:

API endpoint you are calling
Request method
Your account username
Your server IP
Full error response

We’ll check it from our side and fix/whitelist if needed
