Those uploaders waiting for payment and I think nobody got paid.

Then why do you wrote from the 16th to the 31st have been successfully completed
I got an email to update my withdrawal method and I did that since then nothing happened.

There is an Approved text only payment not Completed.

You have only 6 uploaders waiting for payment and you already starting a pyramid scheme ?

Until now If somebody asked for payment on 15th or 30th or 31th payment was sent within a week.

Now we have to wait from the Approved message another 15 day to payment be complete ?

Approved means your traffic is legitimate, and you will definitely receive your earnings.
If the status shows Rejected, it means the traffic is not legitimate and we will not make payment.
Completed means the payment has already been sent.

The main point is that we have mentioned the 1st and 16th of every month as payment days.
However, some users request payouts on the 31st, and we do not get enough time to properly check the traffic.
For example, if someone requests a payout on the night of the 31st, the very next day is the 1st of the new month, and payment is expected immediately.

We will definitely pay everyone, but we will not pay cheaters. That is why we carefully review all traffic in detail.

When you receive an Approved status, it means you will get your earnings on the next payment day.

We currently have 6 uploaders (it can be less or more), and we are showing everything honestly.
We could increase the payout numbers on the page, but we prefer to work with real statistics only.

Yes, we are very new and facing some issues, but we are running this business with a long-term vision.

But their is Lot's of Restriction and algorithm which is getting trained by downloader and uploader performance

Honestly No, (Sensitive But Shared) only 2 people got paid on time rest after next date and 2 are still pending
waiting for their hold date(Net 15) completion and withdrawal method update

Dude Few uploader love their Privacy like you does
They don't want to show any kind of stats in public Like Download Stats, Payment Proof

Here is Few Factors,
1. Need time to verify the traffic, users flow and all right now it is manual
2. Few people ask withdrawal on last date like -1(15 for date 16, 30 for date 31/1 )

Sorry, user is not serious about their payment method for their withdrawal so what can I do

Even I did send personal e-mail to ever user
and more than 2 time announcement in WJunction

and after giving this much effort from our side it is seriously unexpected
