Need to wait for retry if upload got failed

WHY
1. Someone is uploading heavy files
as like our partner done yesterday 000GB uploaded without information
it means we wasn't prepare for that
2. Sometimes Spike Comes into network so it took time for cooldown
3. Few Servers are under upgradation
so Because of RAM crisis We did put hold for sometimes

Honestly was sleeping tiered of work

Upstream provider Have resolved the issue yesterday
Got too much uploader with big size.
it was unxpected for me have resolved

let's see what will be happened these 2 days will resolve soon
