I want to share my disappointment with this hosting company's attitude. I was misled and paid $100 for a premium service, without knowing in advance that their player has a flaw when you want to use your own ads. Users can watch without ads on the first click. That is, if you click on the video once, there is no ad. If you click a second time, then the ad is shown.

I requested a refund, but it was denied. Extremely unprofessional behavior. If this person is willing to be petty and embarrass himself over $100, be aware that at any moment he can screw you over in one way or another and come up with some excuse.

You’ll probably read this and come up with some stupid excuse. I want to tell you that you lost a loyal customer, because I was considering working with you even without the premium option. But since you’re greedy, let everyone see it. One piece of advice: if you want to do business, dont be greedy - especially not over $100, which wont make you rich anyway.
 
i paid for premium views so i could earn more from my own setup adsterra ads, and it works without problem? have you tried making your popup ads to be at the start of the video 00:00:00 or even 00:00:01? also the ads network you are using could also be slow loading ads for the player, sucks that you have a negative experience because ive been earning good.

The problem is not that they are at the beginning of the video; the problem is that when you press the play button, the pop ad should be triggered, but it isn’t. It only triggers if you are not a premium user and they serve you their ads.

I have saved screenshots of my correspondence in which he confirms it:

“Currently, our system displays ads after the video starts playing.
Our technical team is working on a solution that would allow ads to appear before the video.”

I can’t send screenshots here, but if anyone wants them, I can send them privately. I’m not lying, nor is my goal to damage anyone’s business or reputation. I’m just angry that this person is embarrassing himself over $100. I didn’t even use his service, I was simply misled.


And do you know what the problem is? Yes, you can make some money, but when the ad is triggered after the video has already started playing, very few users will click again because the video is already playing - which means lower revenue, because out of, say, 100 users, maybe only 10 will click again. I hope you understand.
