I have some issues that I need help with. I was talking to someone on Telegram, but they are no longer responding.

I can bring you a large amount of traffic since I manage 10 forums, and I also have a big audience on Twitter and Instagram.
However, I am facing a few problems:

1. The only suitable payment method for me and many users in nearby countries is Airtm. Since Payeer was shut down, withdrawing earnings has become difficult. I hope you can add Airtm as a payment option.


2. No one is responding to my support emails.


3. Some of my friends on the forum are unable to log back into their accounts after logging out

First, a thread here is always for questions, advice, changes... your thread is full of "paid thanks, paid thanks," which doesn't give a positive impression to someone who actually uploads content.
Call me crazy, but I trust a comment from Spiderrana or Monday more than 20 "paid thanks" comments.
Lastly, and most importantly, with TOP files—and when I say TOP, I mean TOP—files that get hundreds of views with other hosts, with you, 0.
This is insane! How is this possible? It's not reaching 100, okay, but 0? Are we crazy? Faced with this absurdity, I told two colleagues to use your service and upload some top files, and the result? 0,000. I've never seen anything like it.

I noticed that about the visualizations too, which is why I stopped using them.

It's still unclear how they count the views.

Why are you writing about this on the forum? Why not create a ticket and figure out what's going on? You think we're not interested—you're wrong. If there's a bug and we find it, we'll be grateful.

Likewise. There are many factors that can influence this. One of them is the referrer. If there's no referrer (the address from which the view was made), it won't be counted, even if it's 100% legitimate.

Contact support, create a ticket, and we'll look at what's wrong together and maybe find the cause.
