Users can download unlimited times without waiting.
Only the earning system limits earnings from the same IP to prevent abuse — but the downloads themselves are never restricted.
5. We never delete or punish accounts for DMCA.
When a file is reported, we simply make it private so only the uploader can access it — nobody else

Best profit means short life time host.
You can see here regularly.
New site open -> very high CPM proffit = lot of ads -> useless for users -> user go away -> site down
Don't try to find best profit filehost. Try to find old, stable, trust host.
