We’re currently using our own custom player solution built on Video.js, fully integrated into our CMS and optimized for encoding, advertising, and statistics.

What you refer to as a “player skin” is basically the visual layer (UI) and control design, which is handled through CSS and styling, not the actual playback engine. This means we can easily adjust or redesign the look without changing the player itself.

Thanks for the suggestion — we’ll definitely take inspiration from some of the features and visual elements used by Shaka-based players.
 
I have completed the $29 payment, but I have not received any email confirmation or response via live chat. Additionally, there does not appear to be any portal or login option available to download the script or access any related resources.

It has now been three days since I placed my order and provided all required server details, and the installation is still not completed. Two days ago, I was informed that the installation was “almost done,” but I have not received any further updates since then.

At this point, the delay is quite concerning. A Laravel-based script should not require this much time to install, and the lack of communication is making the experience very frustrating. This level of support is unexpected.

If you are unable to complete the installation, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can proceed with a refund instead.
