This is extremely concerning, especially because today was supposed to be the date I receive a scheduled payment from you. I am now very worried that the funds in my account may have been lost.

Due to criminal content (child pornography), we received a complaint, and our .com domain was blocked on TW, causing us significant damage. For this reason, and after two prior warnings, your accounts have been permanently terminated.
 
Your circular email says it all. Especially the sentence "We didn't cooperate with them": The upper-level users should "PLEASE" delete the content for security reasons. That tells me you don't give a damn; at least you're making money from it.

And now you're claiming you canceled their account? You don't believe that yourself, do you? Hopefully, the Taiwanese authorities will forward the links to the server data centers and you'll be held accountable.


You don't care about your business, or rather the upper classes, either way. You're doing everything you can to bring yourself down. Just like your turd of a Fikper, you ignore everyone, and no one gets their money.

Only your platform has acted on these malicious reports. No other service provider has reached the same conclusion, which raises serious concerns about the review process on Katfile. I have only ever received one vague warning from your system before my account was suddenly terminated.

Let me be clear: if there were any real legal violations involved, the Taiwanese authorities would have already intervened. The fact that I am still here, attempting to resolve this issue respectfully with you, is evidence of my good faith and the baseless nature of these accusations.

Moreover, by deleting my account, you are inadvertently empowering the very individual or organization that is weaponizing the reporting system to silence people they personally dislike. This sets a dangerous precedent and puts more of your users at risk.

You must initiate direct communication with relevant government authorities in Taiwan and provide context that this is a repeated pattern of abuse from a malicious actor. You should also investigate and suspend the account responsible for submitting these false reports, rather than penalizing legitimate users whose accounts contribute positively to your platform.

Your failure to act correctly and decisively in this case will not only damage your platform’s reputation, but also open the door to greater abuse and loss of user trust.

I expect a prompt and transparent investigation into this matter, and a full restoration of my account, or at the very least, an official explanation of the decision made.

And I believe that if you do not make any changes, you will certainly continue to receive the same reports, demanding that you delete more and more accounts that are bringing you profit.
