for user to buy premium , payment gate seem OK , every month can get some sale

but i did not use payment gate , do not know fully how it work

Honestly, I have no clue what filecrypt is. Please contact our support with details.
 
I've reported this problem before but unfortunately it seems to never get fixed.
Most of the times when a user downloads a file from me, the "Completed" flag is not set in downloads statistics, even though the file is fully downloaded. This leads to the file expiration date never resetting and eventually to files being deleted.

User name: meidddxxc This is the feedback from the buyer. The account he bought in this reseller store was not given the key. He gave an account to many people. For example, four people paid in his shop, and he gave this account to four people at the same time.
So he doesn't have to spend money to buy four keys.
