Yeah, 8mb is ok, but 40 is better :D, before it was even under 1mb

Can you imagine the resource it was using, the encoding resources, uploading, transfering, on 1G server, FTP and ZOOM server was combined, can you imagine the overload. But at least i separated ZOOM and FTP upload servers today. Hope we don't get error while uploading.
