it depends on what u looking for, there are several free plugins with some pro features, i used https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/ in the past and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
both are great

litespeed cache works very good with litespeed web server, depending upon the script like wordpress, but you do need a bit of expertise and knowledge about how to configure the server and optimize it with litespeed cache, you might wanna look at some server management services, if you are not an expert on it.
