It seems to be coming from bigwarp.io. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

is there any chance to solve the problem with missing thumbnails in folder view like https://bigwarp.io/folder/example ? Thumbnails are missing, just slideshow appears on mouseover.

Infinity ads and video not playing, so they're getting pay for views, but our views not counting, because video not started So that 1% mentioned from @BigWarp before not change anything if video not playing.
Also 70% ads, show the same amount of ads, only pay per view is less. So user experience the same (not good).
Looks like they get traffic and now they dont care about us anymore. It will change only if we're not gonna use them.
I removed from my site, will put back only if there's some noticeable changes, not infinity ads.
