No one will pay that much for Vietnam, Philippines, India, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, etc.

High rate does not have to be a scam.

The rates could also have been announced as a promotion.
But it's not just that the rates are lowered, the problem is that the distribution of countries has changed.
When there are people who chose it because it is more focused on certain countries.

If this has changed so suddenly and in such a bad way... the medium-long term reliability is quite doubtful.
