Hello, Except Vietnam We Can Put The Other Countries On Tier 2 If You Have Good Number Of Traffic. Unfortunately We Are Not Receiving Much Traffic To Do These Changes Right Now. I Hope You Can Understand. Thanks.

Add it to Teir 3 not 2 for now and then well come back change it accordingly to the traffic
