Zoom is taking longer to fix. Yes we are going to use API to see if it works for zoom.

If unable to see captcha image, clear browser cache and history. They did an update. (Hence that is why it is working for you in incognito mode)

If using chrome browser and still get access denied? You have adblocker enabled. Disable them.

Are you guys using remote upload? It is still having issues for file size more than 10mb. Normal file upload should work fine.

I fixed the 'SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE' issue on Mozilla but on Chrome there is no such issue.
