Thanks for the note. We switched to hCaptcha now because google changed something with their limits and pricing model for recaptcha.register getting error "wrong captcha"
We will consider this. Once you’ve started uploading and we can see a good amount of downloads in that region we may find an advertising deal that makes it possible to add Germany to tier 1.
There is absolutely 0 benefit to premium right now. Uploaders have full access to all features, space, high size uploads, etc. We are not introducing PPS Premium yet.

Buddy I can’t help you with that. I can see other users downloads completing. If your users aren’t downloading that’s not something I can control.
