I think I understand what you mean, if you set 100 files per page,
Although first page will show 100 files initially,
when you click on 2nd page onwards, it will return to 20 files per page.
There will be a completely new design for user panel in the next few months,
hopefully this will be fixed.

Website is working fine for me.
It could be a temporary issue. Just wait a while and refresh the page.
That error means CDN unable to get a response from hosting server.

The DNS servers currently UploadBank is using at times can be unstable which causes either the website or file server to not load for users. I am experiencing it too but it usually resolve by itself after a while.
Anyway to resolve this issue, I plan to move to a stable and fast DNS server in next few months.

Are you facing it frequently? As I do not get this error lately at all.
If we are rebooting server, that might be the only time you get this error. And it will only last a few mins.
