Just wanted to put a shoutout to JiN1337 for hacking my site...
Its always makes ya cool to hack a site that isn't even 3 weeks old.

I am pretty stoked about this whole ordeal. :rolleyes: (sarcastic for those who can't tell)

Yeah, not sweet at all.... He took the admin account and changed the name/pass... luckly I got the admin account back. Then he pruned all of the topics.

There needs to be a big UNDO button :P

There's an exploit in vbShout and also maybe a backdoor in your vBulletin if it's not the official paid version? You get what I mean?

vbShout? Man, I thought it was a stable shoutbox...
And maybe a backdoor, but it was released by GYSN, which seems to be a pretty reliable scripter.

Nobody deserves to get hacked. The Warez Scene should be left alone and those so called '1337' kiddies should just stick to THEIR forums and mind their own business.

Yeah, but the warez scene is easy targets...
Nearly 90% of people in the scene, if not more use nulled and often unprotected scripts.

Just make daily (FULL) backups...

Any hacking attempt can be easily taken care of. Just delete everything and re-upload files/db.

Well where did you get the GYSN one from? It could have been a poser. The only place you should ever download nulled vBulletin stuff is from www.vbteam.info.
