It does not count all downloads correctly!
I have a 1.2gb file with 3 downloads and in the reports it only counted 1.

Everything is counted correctly and we only pay for files that are 100% complete downloaded

The reports do not show 100% completed downloads?
Because if in the reports it shows 3 downloads and in the count only 1...

I have also noticed with smaller files that show more downloads than counted.

I find it hard to believe that you have a system that identifies that the download is 100% complete but the variable you use in your code to mark a report is when you click on download and not the same one that counts that it is 100% complete.
