I bought premium to get rid of all your ads and be able to add my own logo and custom adcode, but nothing has changed. I don't see any options that would allow me to do that.
I also sent a message regarding this matter via your website, but I don't know if was sent because after clicking send button it took me to the main page.

Apologies guys, I will check this today. But for the custom ad-code, this won't be available until we push out our new redesign.

And @sicdj payouts will be made today, very excited moving forward today from what i can see in our backend.

Well, it's a bit unfair that you advertise your premium with custom adcode option when that is not possible atm, and it was the main reason why I decided to buy it.

Anyway, I hope you will find time today to check why we don't have premium features. I still can't add my own logo and keep seeing ads. I hope this isn't false advertising as well.

I have edited the note within the premium page stating custom ad code is coming soon.

As for custom logos & seeing ads these will be fixed.
The reason for you seeing the ads is due you being logged out when you click the link, as it takes the link to our latest domain streamhub.gg, but when it goes from .to domain to .gg, it does not transfer cookies so you get logged out, so in the system eyes you do not have any account therefor no premium.

This only occurred when we had to update our domain, it is not false advertising.
 
I registered to try the server, I configured it to have low profits, that is, 1 pop, to avoid so much advertising in the player but ..

My friend, you are on our embed side of the video link, this is where we have a base amount of ads set. (I have removed 2 adzones as of now, let me know if its better)

Check that video file on the direct link page, you will see that the ads act on how you set in your settings.

I have 10000 views on vtube. And Adblock reaches 98

But in Stream Hub, 102 adblock hits are registered with 1600 hits.

Yes today we are changing our Adblock msg time to appear, as of now the Adblock message appears a couple of seconds into the video, so we will change that to show the ADB message to show on the video load instant.

Will be fixed soon!
