Doodstream's support system is terrible. There seems to be no one to help me solve the problem, although I have contacted them in any way possible.

I have received OTP before. But now it doesn't, two days have passed and nothing has changed. I've retried so many times, checked the spam folder, nothing! I don't know what to do, I contacted doodstream and they didn't respond.
My mail is Yahoo mail.

Try using VPN to login to your account, different browser or different device

Someone please help me, I am trying remote upload from doodstream link to my own doodstream account but i can't tell if it uploading and when I check my videos the video I uploaded is not there. Can you tell me how much time it takes to remote upload and please tell me do i have to stay on the remote upload page for the whole time but on that page it doesn't show whether the video is being uploaded or not.

Cloning upload is fast that's why you can't see anything

But if you can't find the video in your file manager that means the link is protected and can't be cloned

If u guys questioning about delayed payment I've been asking through live chat and this is the answer :
