Hey,
Premium users have 150 days of file inactivity, if you want lifetime expiration, you need to be a large webmaster.
We do this to save storage on our servers, prevent overloads, and storage full, and slow speeds.

As of now, we are thinking of working on adding a New Storage Plan, for users to purchase 100GB-1TB, for their account.
Let me know what you think about this.

Hi,
Made a mistake in the reply above, we meant to state that we are working on adding a New Bandwidth plan, which will allow users to have files never expire, along with some extra Bandwidth for their files. And this won't be too expensive either, less than the premium plans of course, but it would be an extension to your premium account.

Also, we are thinking of adding a Separate Storage Plan too, as I mentioned in the first message.

We just want to thank everyone who uses our service and believes in it. Over the last couple of months, we have grown exponentially, we have been trying to keep up with the growth and we are doing our best, so again, we want to just thank you all for sticking with us, while we expand and grow as a business.

Now with that said, we want to just put a question out there.
Would you guys like us add more Premium plans? for example Silver, Gold, Platinum.
Silver Plan would consist of our basic account benefits like our plan has now, and of course for a cheaper price, once we implement these new plans.

Gold Plan would include benefits from the Silver plan, but also include other benefits like Files never deleted, as well as some new account features, such as the option to add your own PopCode to the embed & much more which we will work on.

Lastly, the Platinum Plan would be the ultimate plan you can get, with all benefits from all other plans, with a feature to also disable all ads for their users.

Please let us know what everyone thinks of this vision.

As for me, I like everything on streamhub and I wish nothing would go wrong. Many hosts have had a lot of problems lately and new stable hosts are worth their weight in gold.
When it comes to the different premium levels, I think it could be an interesting option for many users.

Regarding the ads, I can promise you it is not our intention to place a lot of ads, in fact, our main goal Is to satisfy our users. It is just hard sometimes to get control of ads when ads networks change configurations behind the scenes, we try our hardest to find the best ads, but we also have to find very high paying ad-networks, to pay the high rates we offer.

In the meanwhile, we have removed certain ads that my of been an issue before, please let me know within a couple of hours of this message if you see a change for the better.

Thank you for behind honest with us too, we appreciate it.
We want to improve our service daily.

Thanks again for your reply.

Tested it just now and it is a lot better, still alot of ads on every click eg....going fullscreen/exiting it or trying to fast forward a video; however it is vastly better than the intrusive overlayed ads that were there before and made watching a video impossible.

You still get the very odd overlayed ad, but it at least disappears after a click or four; and it appears videos can play almost full uninterrupted once it starts playing (Unless of course you click).

So a thumbs up.

No FTP upload option?

Uploading via browser stalls quite frequently and I have to restart the process again and select less files. I haven't been succsesful in uploading any videos today yet.

Premium account as of now includes an ad-free experience for just you. (We are working on more plans for no ads for all users).
Regarding custom ad codes on the embedded players, this is a feature we are working on, but when it is added, you will be able to add a popup ad code, which will apply to the player.

Our service is 100% DMCA-ignored, and we get thousands of reports daily.. believe me you would know instantly if we were not a DMCA-ignored host.

I assume the file/movie in question has been deleted for Inactivity.
Files are set to delete after 150 days(5 months) for Premium Users.

Now, to have Files never expire, you need to be a Large Webmaster, as we cannot store inactive files for longer than 150 days if they are not helping to expand our service. We do also offer free Webmaster accounts to most people, as we try to help all sites, small or big. But very big sites, they will get never have their files to delete.
And we still do offer 150 days or 5 months, which in our opinion is more than enough.

File was deleted after 10 days posted. It was a movie with daily views, not for inactivity.

I'm gonna upload the movie again and I will share the proof if it was deleted again.
