However, I received a popup with your payment (not with 3 others) that it may take up to 24h for the recipient to receive the money. I would wait for the period now to see if anything changes in our case, because for me it shows as completed.

It depends on your payment method: You have unfortunately requested Litecoin, it takes a few days because litecoin payments are made manually. Bitcoin, Payeer, Advcash, Perfect Money are automatically paid out within 24-48 hours after application, provided there are no objections from the system.

I think we have to pay more attention to the fact that traffic really does arrive with 1080p, as the resources consumed are higher. But that has to be seen when we have integrated it and should affect users with a lot of memory consumption.

Yes, we currently pay. Just write to our support once if you want to request a payout.

longlinks seem to have problems at the moment. if you take the long version like .../abz123/filename, an error message appears. if you use the short links like .../abz123, everything works.

I tried remote upload and the status is pending all the time, is there something wrong with remote upload ?
Yes, due to some adjustments the remote upload was automatically deactivated. We reactivated it yesterday, and as far as I can see it's working again. :)

The only adjustment we have made is the following: Videos with a running time of less than 5 minutes must be viewed 80% and no longer only 5 seconds as before. The problem with short videos is that you click play once and the video is paid for, even though only one advertisement has just been displayed. Of course, you can't compare that with a video that is 30 minutes long, which is then clicked on much more. We have reduced the time period from 80% to 50% today and keep looking at it.

To be honest: I looked at the stats of the top 30 customers and the impact only affected 2. All other users had up to 50% higher revenues yesterday. I just checked your account, today your values are already above those of yesterday. We'll keep an eye on that in the next few days, I'll see if we can make further adjustments. :)

Ads: PropellerAds In-Page-Push / Vignette
Just a warning to webmasters: It is technically possible for advertisers on PropellerAds to execute JavaScript via the "In-Page-Push / Vignette" formats mentioned. In this way, additional pop-ups can be opened that have not been permitted either by PropellerAds or by the publisher and are not remunerated. No deactivation or special control will help, it affects all PropellerAds publishers.

Like all hosting providers, we also use our own script for the playout of popunders so that we have more control over the advertising. We recently wondered about 1-2 extra pop-ups of certain GEOs that did not belong to our advertising and always promoted only 1-2 websites. An analysis and consultation revealed that some advertisers book the (much cheaper) vignette/in-page push format with PropellerAds, but open additional popups in certain GEOs while ads are being played. Without paying for it, of course.

Unlike many other ad networks, PropellerAds is unfortunately unable to build in technical safeguards to prevent this. Although the advertisers at PropellerAds were permanently blocked directly after the analysis/complaint, it is only a matter of time before they open new accounts. Unfortunately, the problem has existed at PropellerAds for a very long time and we are aware of several cases on other websites.

Those who use the in-page push / vignette formats should definitely carry out regular checks in their top GEOs and stay on a sub-page for at least 2 minutes.

You refer to it as "technically possible" but it is not so easy as it looks like.
Other networks are also experiencing same issues.
There are safeguards but it requires constant update in order to be ahead of every unwanted practice.
Based on experience , it is not so easy to open new account and restart the process.
PropellerAds has very strict verification measures which is actually the same reason that we are also complaining about it.
Accounts can be opened, but before they start delivering feed it requires verification procedures that are tough. Specially for advertisers due to ad feed policies.
Its not easy for the same advertiser to simply come back and repeat this action.

Upload via API to the Upload Server has no effect! I gives a response with the filename and not the created filecode! Please fix it!
I have forwarded your report once. It is possible that during recent customization the api key authentication method was disabled there. Since we are currently revising the main page section anyway, a revised version will go online there soon anyway.

No, we don't offer 1080p yet, so far still only 720p. 1080p is planned, but has not been integrated yet.

Regarding timeline, that will come soon. The required images etc. are already generated with new uploads. However, we still have to generate them for all existing files, which may take some time, which is why it has not yet been integrated. The function is currently somewhat paused.

Well, that's simplified of course. Whether the verification takes longer or the traffic is checked for some time, does not matter so much, because it only costs time, but does not prevent the problem. Of course, the effort must be financially worthwhile for the person.
As a publisher, we don't want to spend all day monitoring the ads, that's not our job. We have partly cooperated with a few ad networks for years and never had any problems in that direction. Possibly because advertisers are heavily filtered. It is possible, of course you have to work out good concepts.

So far we always had 720p with 1300kbps for video and 256kbps for audio. 1080p should not exist (yet), maybe there is a restriction missing, since we have recently changed the encoding process or you got the original file. 1080p with 1300kbit is of course unbearable :D

i'm averaging 2 digits per day, now its down to 1 digit :neutral_face:
Unfortunately, it takes some time to set everything correctly. Yesterday, twice as many affiliate remunerations were paid, today it is about 50%. Unfortunately, the adjustments have caused exactly the opposite for some accounts, like for you. In the first step we just reduce the double revenues, in the second step we try to restore the level from before so that accounts with current low revenues receive more again. We are almost done with step 1, now we go to step 2. Sadly, you always see the effect of adjustments only after a few hours, which is why it takes a while. :pensive:
